An annual gift is a sustaining gift made every year. Annual gifts to The Valley Hospital Foundation may be unrestricted or restricted.
Unrestricted Sustaining Gifts
Unrestricted Sustaining Gifts are annual gifts that fund Valley programs and services in greatest need, including those which insurance does not cover. These contributions provide Valley with the most flexibility in addressing the particular needs throughout Valley Health System each year. Sustaining gifts are especially valuable in meeting the ever-changing and often unexpected challenges that arise during the year. Sustaining gifts are put to immediate use.
Restricted Sustaining Gifts
Restricted sustaining gifts are annual gifts designated to the area where the donor wishes to make a directed impact. There are many designations to choose from, such as oncology, cardiology, the New Valley Hospital and more. The full list can be viewed on the donation page.
Special Purpose Gifts
Special purpose gifts are designated to a specific area and make a transformational impact. These gifts are usually made as pledges of $25,000 or more and paid off over a number of years. Please reach out to a member of The Valley Hospital Foundation staff to assist you in arranging a special purpose gift.
